RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We appreciate your order with FB Gives Apparel, if you need to make a return or exchange due to damage or size, we're here to help!

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges for returns due to size exchange.

EXCEPTIONS: For defective or damaged products, or wrong item received - shipping is free when you use the prepaid shipping label provided by our Support Team.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

STEP 1 - Email Our Customer Support Team

To initiate a return, please email customer support at fborders@customlogos.com and provide the following information:

Subject: Return Request

Order #: Order number can be found in your confirmation email

Product Description: Please provide a brief description of product or style

Reason for Return: Please provide the reason you are requesting a return - Damage or Size

NOTE: For size exchanges, please provide size received and the size you would like to exchange in return.

 

STEP 2 - Pack & Ship Your Return

Place item(s) securely in its original packaging, mail or ship your return to the following address:

NOTE: For customer paid shipping we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

CANCELING AN ORDER

Requests to cancel or change an order must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.

To cancel or change an order, please email fborders@customlogos.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed for shipment your item(s) can only be returned or exchanged.
